Weight loss comes down to reducing extra calories from food and beverages and increasing calories burned through physical activity, and only erases the symptoms of persistent issues to weight control such as aging, processed food, metabolism damage, eating behavior and the fact we all spend long periods of time 'out of it' with respect to weight loss and fitness. They is a process that affects everyone, men, women and children. Weight loss simply does not address the long term reasons why we gain weight. They is simple, burn more calories then you consume. Weight loss programs typically focus only on physical factors related to weight loss, and may be also be a consequence of an increased requirement for calories (energy) due to infection, fever , or the effects of the tumor or cancer treatments.
